The STS-K003 Speech Transfer System features individual speaker and microphone units that can be flush mounted into the counter surface or nearby vertical surface for a sleek and unobtrusive installation on the customer side. The flush units are designed to prevent tampering in high-risk environments such as banks and prisons. For the staff, the STS-SU1 combined microphone and speaker unit has an adjustable neck and features a mute switch. The kit comes with an IL-AE99 under the counter hearing loop aerial Easy to follow installation instructions and Brown Audio Service, LLC tech support are included.
